Refund policy
1. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if:
- The delivery packaging has not been opened; and/or
- The products are damaged on arrival; or
- A wrong product was delivered compared to your order confirmation.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and return the product in its original, unopened packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you a replacement or refund the payment after inspecting the returned goods.
We can only accept returns of products that:
- Have not been used or tampered with;
- Are sealed and remain in their original packaging; and
- Include all original accessories and documentation (if any).
If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service. The cost and responsibility of return shipping remain with the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
2. REFUND POLICY
Approved refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned products.
“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”
If you paid by cash-on-delivery (if applicable), we will coordinate with you for a bank transfer or other method agreed in writing.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
“Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.”
If the order has already been dispatched, the standard Return Policy will apply instead.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns of products that have been used, are not in their original condition, or are returned after the allowed period.
