Shipping Policy
1. GENERAL
We deliver our products within the United Arab Emirates and to selected international destinations using trusted third-party courier partners, including SMSA Express Transportation LLC.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
2. DELIVERY WITHIN THE UAE
- Delivery Partner: SMSA Express Transportation LLC or similar courier.
- Delivery Time: Typically 1–2 working days within major UAE cities. Remote areas may require additional time.
- Delivery Fees: Standard delivery fee of AED 25 per order within the UAE for shipments up to 5 kg. Additional charges may apply for heavier shipments or remote areas and will be displayed at checkout.
3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- We deliver to selected international destinations.
- Delivery Time: Usually 4–10 working days depending on the destination country and courier network.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees outside the UAE will be calculated and shown on the checkout page based on the destination country, location and shipment weight.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on working days (Sunday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays). Orders received after cut-off times or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS to follow your shipment status.
5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The courier will attempt delivery to the address provided. If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you for a new delivery attempt or collection arrangement.
Please inspect the package upon receipt. If you notice any visible damage, you should note it on the delivery receipt and contact us as soon as possible.
6. PROOF OF DELIVERY
Delivery is considered complete once the shipment is delivered to the address provided and a delivery receipt is signed or electronically confirmed by the customer or someone at the address.
